It does not include variable or usage-based fees, optional services, situational fees, or charges due at move-in or move-out. Variable fees, such as utilities or third-party services, may change based on provider rates, resident usage, or other external factors. Base rent is determined by local market conditions. Security deposit amounts, if required, may vary based on screening results. Residents are responsible for damages beyond normal wear and tear and may be required to maintain renters insurance or obtain a liability waiver, if available. As part of our commitment to transparency, all required local tenant-rights disclosures will be provided during the application process. Our community permits a maximum of two indoor pets per apartment home. Cats and dogs are allowed. Exotic animals are strictly prohibited. A non-refundable pet fee of $400 is required for the first pet, with an additional $400 fee assessed for each additional pet. Monthly pet rent of $25 per pet will apply. *All pets must be registered with and approved through our 3rd Party PetScreening Company prior to residency. An annual PetScreening fee of $30 is required for each household with pets.*
BREED RESTRICTIONS: Excluded dog breeds include Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Bull Dog, American Pit Bull Terrier, American or Bull Staffordshire Terrier, Bullmastiff, Bull Terrier, Chinese Shar-Pei, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, Stafford Terrier, Chow, German Shepherd and any mix thereof. Letter required by Certified Veterinarian for proof of breed, weight, and required vaccinations.
